Saunders Lane is a very attractive and much sought after semi rural location within easy reach of both Guildford and Woking town centres. Woking has a comprehensive range of shopping opportunities in the centre of the town along with a number of bars, cafes and restaurants that cater for a wide and varied taste and also has an excellent commuter station that runs a service directly into Waterloo. For commuting, there is also the option of Worplesdon station which is no more than a short distance in the other direction and continuing on from there, will bring you to the beautiful and historic county town of Guildford with its cobbled high street and interesting shops and restaurants. The area, as a whole, is surrounded by miles of green hills and open countryside which are easily accessible from the house, while a short drive will take you out into the heart of the Surrey hills. The area is also extremely well catered for in terms of schools, both private and state as well as excellent theatres and multi-screen cinemas in both Woking and Guildford.
