Ongar Close is a private cul-de-sac just off Ongar Hill - a leafy residential area within a mile or so of Addlestone town centre. Just opposite the road is the Holy Family Roman Catholic School, whilst Ongar Place Junior and Jubilee High are just around the corner. At the top of the hill is a very handy range of shops, which includes a Co-op, Cafe and Indian restaurant (Zaal) that comes highly recommended. Addlestone itself is undergoing an exciting re-regeneration project that includes a 101 bedroom Premier Inn, a mix of retail units including a Waitrose supermarket, a range of new restaurants, a six screen cinema and a new gym. Nearest mainline train stations can be found at Woking and West Byfleet.
