Location

The Ridings is a quiet cul-de-sac off Hare Hill, on the border of Row Town, Addlestone and Ottershaw. All around are green open spaces such as the woodland behind and Walton Leigh Park just a little further up the hill. For everyday conveniences there is a parade of local shops including a Co-op, just a quarter mile distant. Addlestone with its re-developing town centre that now includes a Waitrose, cinema, new restaurants and train station is about a mile, to a mile and a half distant. Good schools, both private and state, are prevalent in the area. This location has great road links to both Gatwick and Heathrow airports via the M25, London and the South Coast.
