The success of our business relies on employing staff who are at the top of their game. At every level, we strive to field a team that our clients will find approachable, friendly and easy to work with. In an industry sector where a high turnover of staff isn’t unusual, we have an exceptional record of staff who have found little appeal in moving on, preferring to remain within the Curchods family – more than 40% of our staff have been with us for over 5 years, whilst 20% have been employed by the company for more than 10 years, of which some 15 individuals have been with us over 20 years.

In 2021, after 5 years of having great success in our Esher office Joe now looks after, and drives forward, eleven of our most successful offices as Area Director.”.

Adam Lockett – Director, Lettings

“Adam has a proven track record of success throughout a career that spans more than 15 years working in the London and Surrey lettings market. In previous roles, Adam has worked for both a large corporate agent, as well as developing two other prestigious letting agencies to become market leaders in their chosen areas. Adam joined the company in January 2020 and is responsible for all aspects of the lettings division with a key focus on ensuring he and his team deliver the highest levels of service for both our landlords and tenants.”
