New Homes
Guildford Society held a virtual celebration for the winners of their 2020 Design Awards and Runnymede Homes were named winners of the Multiple Housing (small) category for their Foxfield development in West Clandon.
Runnymede Homes were selected for demonstrating how good design and individual place-making can be achieved in multiple housing in a rural setting.
As a partner of Runnymede Homes and as joint selling agent for Foxfield, the Curchods East Horsley branch worked very closely with Runnymede to actively promote the new development which was well received within the local community and generated a lot of interest. Prices started at £950,000 and all homes were sold.
