• All staff will be equipped with the appropriate PPE and hand sanitisers for use on appointments.
• Curchods have employed the latest immersive technology to ensure we have accompanied buyers/tenants on a virtual viewing before any physical viewings take place.
• Sellers and tenants will be asked to temporarily vacate the property during a physical viewing and open all windows and doors for good ventilation where possible.
• Those entering clients properties will be advised as to precautionary Health & Safety steps to be taken.
