We are delighted to announce that Curchods have opened not one, but two New Homes Hubs, due to the exceptional demand for new build properties and high volume of new home sales.
The principal New Homes Hub is based at our Head Office in West Horsley under the leadership of Land & New Homes Director, Ian Blair, with a second centre based in Walton-on-Thames.
We have always been proud of the level of dedicated service we offer our developer clients and buyers from Curchods Land & New Homes department and having been awarded multiple sites to market for 2021/22, across many of the Home Counties, we felt it was the right time to create two dedicated New Homes Hubs to add that extra level of support and expertise for our developer clients and buyers. Also, with so many new homes in Elmbridge for sale and currently being built in Walton-on-Thames, we have opened our Walton-on-Thames New Homes Centre.
Looking more widely, with the selling power of our new Head Office New Homes Hub, together with our award-winning marketing team, we can now offer a very comprehensive sales and marketing service to our developer clients in areas where we do not have a sales office. In the next 12 months we will be handling the sales and marketing of nearly 100 new homes in areas where we do not have a sales office.
Caroline Rogers, Group New Homes Sales Manager, has expanded her team to include Bertie Russell, Rebecca Giles and Houda El-Noshouki as part of our additional service to our New Homes clients and buyers.
In just a few months, the effectiveness of this dedicated service has been exceptional. We have always provided a high level of service, but the creation of the New Homes Hubs has added another level of support and efficiency which has delighted our developer clients and buyers.
Warren Fraser, Director in charge of the Walton-on-Thames office and head of the company’s Prime division, comments;
“Having been awarded the contract to market 94 new homes at London Square, Stompond Lane in Walton-on-Thames and with a profusion of other new homes scheduled to be built, we wanted to create a dedicated facility here in Walton, in addition to our new Head Office based New Homes Hub. To do this we have expanded our office premises to create our Walton New Homes Hub at 77 High Street, Walton-on-Thames.
With dedicated local staff working in harmony with our sales office and the additional new homes facility, the benefits are already crystal clear – with more than half of London Square being under offer already, with many sales agreed off-plan.
