Nestled in 123 acres of Surrey parkland, down a tree-lined drive, lies Pennyhill Park. An elegant, luxury hotel and spa in an ivy-clad country house, set just 13 miles from Windsor Castle. Originally built in c.1890 this manor house has been meticulously maintained and extended, whilst staying true to its historical look and feel, creating the ultimate luxury retreat that promises guests a chance to push the reset button. Our visit to Pennyhill Park certainly exceeded expectations. Upon arrival, we entered the reception hall, seasonally decorated with a fresh floral arch display and elegant décor. The attentive staff welcomed us warmly and escorted us to our room, where we spent the night to fully immerse ourselves in their luxurious offerings.

Here, we indulged in an intricately designed and crafted tasting menu, prepared by skilled Head Chef Steve Smith and his team. Over a three-hour experience in their ambient restaurant setting, we explored a range of complex flavours and innovative culinary techniques, served to our table by Maître d’hôtel, with expertly recommended wine pairings from Head Sommelier, Sergio Dos Santos.
