For many a family in Surrey and further afield, taking the children to see Santa at Christmas is the pinnacle festive pastime. Discover the best locations to add that special sprinkle of magic to your Christmas this year, and take the little ones to meet Father Christmas in Surrey. We’ve put together a selection of stops Santa will be making across Surrey in 2023.
Embark on a festive family day out at Bocketts Farm Park and immerse yourself in the charm of Santa’s traditional workshop, or follow the jingle bells to Birdworld, where the Polar Explorers await with an adventure show. But don’t forget to book and check the availability in advance; tickets sell out fast, and we wouldn’t want you or the little ones to miss out on seeing Santa in Surrey this Christmas.
Hop on board the Santa Express trailer where the elves will transport you to their traditional Christmas workshop. Not long before meeting the man himself, Father Christmas in his magical grotto. Included in the ticket price is a special golden coin to spend in his amazing toy shop, selecting the gift of their choice to take home!

This year, the animal barn at Chobham Adventure Farm will be magically transformed into The Reindeer Lodge, where all of Santa’s real reindeer will be staying while they get ready for Christmas day! The much-loved Elves and The Reindeer Keeper will be on hand to tell you all about how they look after the reindeer and polish up their flying skills in time for Christmas. You’ll also get to make your very own magical reindeer food to take home.

Join Santa and the Polar Explorers at our ‘Adventure Stories from the North Pole’ show this Christmas, which is all included in the Birdworld ticket price.

Christmas Eve 10:30am – 3:30pm
Grotto closed while Santa is feeding his reindeer between 12:30 – 2pm daily.
