Location

Bookham is a thriving village dating back to Saxon times with the village mentioned in the Doomsday Book. Jane Austin's books were inspired by the area and she wrote Emma whilst staying in the Vicarage.

The village High street has an excellent selection of independent traders including, butchers, greengrocers, fishmonger and bakers. There are excellent schools within walking distance and Bookham station with its train service to central London is within walking distance. There are good road links with the A3 and M25 being a short drive away and a good bus service running from Guildford to Epsom.
