Guildford

Recreation Road is a popular residential road in GU1 and gives easy access to both the A3 and the mainline stations for fast trains into London Waterloo and yet also overlooks open green space. Guildford's attractive cobbled High Street with its impressive array of shops and restaurants is within a mile and Stoke Park and the Spectrum Leisure Complex are both within half a mile. The town has a great selection of highly regarded state and private schools with this area falling in to the catchment of many high performing schools across all age groups. Guildford also has numerous entertainment options including the Yvonne Arnaud theatre, the multi screen cinema and the fabulous G Live venue and the town is surrounded by some of the areas most stunning countryside including a string of beautiful villages that run through the Surrey Hills.
