Location

Church Lane is a quiet setting within easy reach of a number of local facilities including a pub, butcher, baker, post office and Sainsburys local. A short drive away are the villages of Knaphill and Chobham, the latter with an array of interesting pubs and restaurants. Woking town centre has been the subject of enormous investment in recent years giving it a contemporary feel with restaurants, bars and cafes as well as the New Victoria theatre and multi screen cinema. Woking has what is widely regarded as one of the best stations in the south east with a fast and frequent service into Waterloo and also has a very efficient coach service to Heathrow airport. Slightly closer to the house, there is the option of commuting from Brookwood station. A short drive will take you into Guildford with its cobbled high street and period buildings that house a wide variety of shops. There are numerous schooling options in both the private and the state sector close by as well as a collection of superb golf courses. The M3 is close at hand which connects with the M25 for access to both Gatwick and Heathrow airports.
