Woking

Kemishford is a delightful and tranquil position that sits in a semi rural setting surrounded by common land in Worplesdon. Just a short drive from the house, Woking town centre has recently undergone a significant program of regeneration that has seen it take on a far more contemporary and interesting feel. Well known bars and restaurants have already opened up all along Commercial Way and the new Victoria Square development brings a very large Marks and Spencer and a Hilton hotel, complete with a sky bar that is due to open. Just a few minutes walk from the house is Worplesdon station which runs a superb, main line service into Waterloo in roughly 35 minutes and Woking train station is just along the road in the town centre. In the town, there is an excellent theatre and cinema, while almost on the doorstep, there are wide open spaces of common land that make for superb walking and cycling. This is the perfect location from which to take advantage of the surrounding countryside and the nearby towns of Woking and Guildford.
