Nankeville Court is one of the blocks that make up the new central development which was originally completed back in 2012 by Barratt homes. Situated along Guildford Road it is conveniently located to enjoy access to all the delights the town has to offer including that which probably makes Woking the town it is today, its mainline railway station. It has made Woking an ideal destination for anyone that commutes to London, offering frequent trains on a direct line straight into Waterloo with a total journey time of around 24 minutes. As a town Woking is currently part way through a significant programme of modernisation which is giving its centre a far more interesting and contemporary feel. The most recent addition to this is Victoria Square which completed in 2022 by building and civil engineering company Sir Robert McAlpine, brining the town a flagship Marks and Spencer and cleverly/conveniently linking the two previous shopping centres. Around the same time both the multi screen cinema and New Victoria Theatre were renovated, with the latter being a huge pull for West End Shows and regularly receiving the big names in comedy.
