Woking

East Gardens is a peaceful, cul de sac setting located on the East side of Woking and within walking distance of the town centre and mainline station which is widely regarded as offering one of the best commutes into Waterloo that can be found in the south east. The town centre itself has been subject to major modernisation with the recent opening of the New Victoria Square and its M&S store being the most up to date addition. In the adjacent Peacocks shopping centre there is a large food court on the lower ground floor, a wide selection of shops on the upper levels and to one side the New Victoria theatre and multi screen cinema. Within a short drive is access to the A3 and the M25 for driving into London or indeed Heathrow and Gatwick airport and in the wider area there is a whole collection of very well thought of golf courses while Pyrford Common is just across the road from the house.
