Woking

The Centrium building is positioned on the road Station Approach, and as it sounds is located next to the station on the South side of Woking town centre. Number 117 is on the 8th floor and is also South facing. Undoubtedly a huge part of the appeal of living in Woking is it's links to London, with the 25min direct line and frequency of trains, many say that here we are an extension of the capital. The town itself has been subject to major modernisation with the recent opening of the New Victoria Square and its M&S store being the most up to date addition. In the adjacent Peacocks shopping centre there is a large food court on the lower ground floor, a wide selection of shops on the upper levels and to one side the New Victoria theatre and multi screen cinema. Within a short drive of the property is access to the A3 and the M25 for driving into London or indeed Heathrow and Gatwick airport and in the wider area there is a whole collection of very well thought of golf courses.
