Woking

Linden Way is a quiet setting in the heart of Send Marsh, a peaceful residential location that is perfectly situated for access to Ripley village, Woking and Guildford. Ripley has a lovely village feel as well as very useful day to day shops, a collection of pubs and also what is believed to be one of the largest village greens in the country. Woking is today a busy and contemporary town with one of the best rail services to Waterloo that can be found in the South East, while the beautiful County Town of Guildford, with its historic cobbled High Street, is just a short drive along the road from here. Around Send Marsh there are wide open spaces of countryside which make for delightful walking and cycling, and nearby Papercourt lake has a lovely path that runs around it. There are excellent schools in the area for all ages as well as a collection of superb golf clubs. The A3 is no more than a few minutes' drive away, which connects with the M25 for those times when needing the airports.
