Welcome to our estate agency office in Kingston. We specialise in residential properties for sale in Kingston upon Thames, KT1 and KT2 and the surrounding suburbs including Coombe Hill.
Curchods Kingston branch has recently been awarded number 1 estate agent in Kingston-upon-Thames for customer service at the British Property Awards 2024.
Our Kingston branch is headed up by Branch Manager, Scott Carson, who began his estate agency career some 25 years ago. Scott says his success is based on hard work, commitment, and excellent training and development. He comments: “I have successfully managed a number of estate agency branches including Richmond, Esher and now Kingston. I pride myself on my positive ‘can do’ attitude to provide great customer service and make moving house as hassle-free as possible for our clients, ensuring that they continue to return and recommend me. I have moved house numerous times in the past 25 years as my family has grown and therefore know first hand what clients want and need!”
Our office also houses a dedicated lettings team on the first floor.

I have used Curchods Sales, Kingston Branch on a few occasions over the years and would not hesitate to use their services again. The whole team from Scott Carson and Ken Wood to the sales support and admin., teams provided updates and were proactive and engaging with the agents. Approachable and professional I would highly recommend Curchods, Kingston
