Our office is led by West Byfleet local, Mark Richmond, who has worked in property since he was 17 years old. He started at a small independent agency before moving to large corporate owned estate agents, and later ran his own estate agency business.
As a private landlord for 30 years, Mark has owned many properties, and managed both residential and commercial lettings around the West Byfleet area. Mark knows the area well, having lived and worked in West Byfleet and Woking all his life. Mark brings this valuable and diverse property experience as well as local expertise to his new role heading up Curchods’ new Lettings office.
