Spencer Darrington

Branch Manager

Having worked in estate agency since 2018, I take pride in being approachable, down-to-earth and always happy to have a genuine conversation. I am passionate about understanding what both clients and buyers are looking to achieve and work tirelessly to exceed their expectations. I take real satisfaction in matching buyers with their dream homes or successfully securing a purchaser for my client before a property even comes to market. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, going to the gym and staying active with friends and family.

“There are Estate Agents and then there is Spencer Darrington. He really is a league above every other Estate Agent I have come across. Personal but professional. Sold our house within a week which has been on the market for over a year. We moved on to exchange and completion which was done in 16 weeks with Spencer checking in everyday with the whole chain working tirelessly to get it finalised as I had a deadline. So if you want your house sold efficiency and effectively I would use Spencer at Curcholds every time.”
