Chris has lived in the area all his life and has been a successful estate agent in New Malden for the past 33 years. Often referred to as Mr New Malden, he is very much a family man and takes great pride in the help and assistance he has given to thousands of buyers and sellers he has helped achieve their dreams over the years.
He is also proud of the many employees he has had the privilege to work with. His local knowledge knows no bounds and he will happily regale you with local facts, history and amusing anecdotes. In fact, he is such a part of the fabric of New Malden, when the King came to visit in 2024, Curchods and Chris were the first place he stopped off at!
