Having gained experience with both independent and corporate estate agents, Townley found his ‘home’ in 2007 when he started working at Curchods. In late 2013, as assistant manager at the West Byfleet office, he was asked to take over the reins in New Haw and has, since then, guided the office through its continued growth and success. Now living in KT15 he has a unique perspective of the local market along with a wealth of both professional and local knowledge.
Townley travelled and worked in many countries prior to his estate agency career and he still likes to travel now and is rumoured to be one of the finest private chefs in New Haw – his baked goods are legendry in the office. He truly is one of the most genuine and honest people you are likely to meet.
