Activity in the million pound plus market is soaring as wealthier buyers make moves to bigger houses or new locations, according to our latest analysis from Rightmove. Houses for sale at £1 million and above are finding a buyer 18 days more quickly on average than this time last year. The analysis also found that million pound homes are outperforming the rest of the property market for the number of sales being agreed, up 95% in the south east year on year.

With this in mind, we are delighted to announce the launch of Curchods Prime, our premium marketing service for high value and exclusive residential properties throughout the Borough of Elmbridge and the wider reaches of our network throughout Surrey and south west London.

As a partner and on the main board of directors of the company, Warren Fraser will be heading up the day-to-day activities for Curchods Prime in addition to his existing role at our Walton branch, where he’s supported by my long-standing colleagues who continue to work tirelessly on our clients’ behalf to maintain our status as the market leaders in Walton-on-Thames.
